A weekend out on the bikes, out on the Guzzi's on Saturday with my first run out the white LeMans since I got it (apart from a run to get it MOT'd early last week) pretty pleased with all the mods I made on it. Fiona seemed to be gelling with the red LeMans as well. We ended up a kind of long way round the Perthshire roads finishing off round through the Sma Glen where we had about 10 miles of hail and snow just to get us to pay attention, a wonderful run and despite a sore ass due to the seat nothing to worry about (well apart from the speedo cable on the red bike calling it a day )
Sunday was also cold (Out on the BMW's) and met a BSA A10 sidecar rider on our travels, Grant from Crieff, we stopped for a lengthy pit stop to talk bikes before going on our way through Glen Devon for a tea stop and then a stop to see some friends en the route home. All good and looking for to Easter next weekend with a hopeful increase to temperatures to make things easier.

Good to read of your exploits and that the snow camoflage Guzzi is good to go. As for the red one's cable going AWOL, typical, hope the drive gears in the hub are OK. Solo down to Renfrewshire on Saturday, doing a bit of grave spotting on the Duke, via Erskine. Today, again solo, on the SRX Mono, up the west side of the Tay valley (Dalguise), Aberfeldy, Kenmore, then encountered a gaggle of Lambo's, AMG Merc's and a few tail end Charlie Porches, squabbling for the 'lead' and a 'wide' 4x4 in front of me nearly punting them into the shrubbery on the narrow bit west of Fearnen. Heid na bors! Stopped in Killin for the craic, with a stranger who thought the SRX was a British single until I stopped. Then home over Glen Ogle and down through Comrie and Crieff, then the back road home, in time for the womens 6 Nations rugby. Magic! Shame the French won. Good health, Myreside.
